How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 2 business days for the number to load for accurate readings.

How much does shipping cost?
We apply a flat rate determined by the state to which your order is delivered.

Do you delivery to P.O. Boxes or parcel lockers?
As we use a courier company, all Online Orders must go to a registered street address. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
What should I do if I didn't receive order confirmation email?
Please check your junk folder, alternatively kindly email hello@origineast.com.au. Our team members will confirm the email address entered on your order.
What happens when an item arrives damaged?
If you receive a damaged item, kindly adhere to the following instructions:
- Capture a photograph of the damaged item, ensuring the SKU number is visible if possible. You can locate this information on the label or tag.
- Send an email to hello@origineast.com.au with your Full Name, Order Number, and attached photos of the damaged item.
- Our Online Store team will respond within 24-48 hours to provide assistance. Please be aware that our Online Store operates Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm.
